• Payment method Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX are currently accepted. If direct payments are not made through TraventureBelize website then a credit card authorization form must be filled out and returned to: trips@traventurebelize.com. Upon booking a confirmation number an invoice will be provided, however reservation will not be valid until full payment is received or otherwise stated by TraventureBelize.
• US Bank/Wire Transfer: Please make wire transfers payable to Traventure Belize.

• After any check deposit or wire transfer is made, please e-mail a copy the payment to accounting@traventurebelize.com and trips@traventurebelize.com to confirm both payment and reservation. Please note that reservations will not be confirmed until payment is received. Once payment has been confirmed TraventureBelize will contact client via e-mail with an itinerary with confirmation of booking. Hence any deposit taking the designated time of credit must be considered.
• Rates will be guaranteed at the time a confirmation is made as long as the deposit is received. TraventureBelize reserves the right to change prices without notice prior to a booking. Packages that are based on accommodations only do not include any meals, beverages or activities. Accommodation policies vary from one to another. TraventureBelize will inform clients on Children Policy, Minimum Nights Stay Policy etc. on all stays.
• Deposits & Final Payments: In some cases, our suppliers require payment more than 45 days prior to travel. If this is the case you will be notified at time of booking. We will email you a final payment reminder. Travel vouchers and booking confirmations cannot be issued until final payment is received. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to automatically charge the credit card provided to complete the final payment. Any booking not paid in full by the due date is subject to automatic cancellation without further notification. Any deposit paid will be forfeited or, at your request, it may be used as a payment towards an alternative booking. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary and we will advise you of these conditions and request your consent prior to proceeding with the booking.
• Deposit and Payment Policy: Full payment is due 30 days prior to guests’ arrival date.
• Cancellations & Refund Policy:

Cancellations made 60 – 45 days and more before arrival will receive a full refund minus a US$100 handling fee
Cancellations made 44 – 25 days before arrival 50% will be refunded
Cancellations made 24 days or less, prior to arrival – No Refund will be offered

• Group Reservations, Payments and Cancellation Policies. Sixty (60) days prior to first night occupancy, TraventureBelize is to be in receipt of a progress report indicating number of reservations, meal plan and activities and a final and precise count of rooms to be reserved.
• At 45 days, a progress report with preliminary rooming list is to be accompanied by a 50% deposit on all rooms
• At 30 days, final rooming list with balance of payment must be submitted.
• TraventureBelize reserves the right to recall group bookings unaccompanied by a deposit. Late Cancellation Charge: Due to the nature of Group bookings, a reasonable number of charges will be expected. Any cancellation or excessive reduction of rooms blocked after the 45-day review date will be assessed a cancellation fee equivalent to total revenue lost for each room, meals and activities cancelled.
• Changes to your confirmed trip can be considered depending on practicalities and availabilities, but there might be a cost associated with these changes. We do not charge an amendment fee for doing so and will only pass on any extra costs involved in providing additional or alternative services which are incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers.
• TraventureBelize is under no obligation to notify clients of the impending cancellation for failure to pay the required deposit.
• Entire agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties on the subject described herein, superseding all prior understandings and agreements, oral or written. There shall be no modifications to any of the terms or conditions herein contained except in writing agreed by both parties hereto.
• Adventures and Activities: All adventures, trips and outdoor activities are dependent on weather and general tropical conditions. TraventureBelize reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries, departure times and/or cancel your trip with your safety in mind if it deem necessary. Please keep in mind that Belize weather changes fast but generally is a year round vacation bliss. Guides are trained to deal with changing conditions and our number one priority is your safety in mind. Please be aware of this and respect your guides’ authority to do so. TraventureBelize for its part will provide an alternative to the activities, trips and adventures cancelled agreed to by the client. TraventureBelize cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, accident, injury, sickness, schedule change or other factors due to weather, strike, natural disasters or any other factor beyond TraventureBelize control. In the case of any changes the client is responsible for any additional cost incurred as a result of such changes (i.e. additional hotel nights, meals, transfers, flights, tours upgrade etc.) at the time provided.
• Assumed risk & Outdoor Activities: Appropriate footwear and suitable clothing must be worn. Guests/Clients are advised that all activities are undertaken entirely at their own risk and they must behave in a fit and proper manner at all times. Guidelines must be adhered to and clients must take proper responsibility for their own safety. All adventure tours and outdoor activities carry inherent risks and TraventureBelize or its partners do not assume any responsibility for accidents that are caused by its customers or can be traced to their own actions or are caused by factors outside of human control (Force majeure). With the purchase of your trip you agree to these conditions, understand its implications and accept responsibility for your participation in your trip. Depending on the excursion, you may be requested to sign an additional liability release.
• The Client is responsible to provide TraventureBelize with any information on any medical condition or disability which may affect your trip. You must inform us via e-mail before you submit your application form so that we can assist you in considering the suitability of the trip for you. If any information given is shown to be materially incorrect or incomplete, we reserve the right to cancel your booking or terminate your participation in the trip, depending on when we become aware of the true position. In this situation we will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred as a result.
• Travel Insurance: As with any and all world travel, TraventureBelize strongly recommend that you purchase a travel insurance policy in your home country that covers your cost should you have to cancel your travel reservation with short notice. These kind of travel insurances are not expensive and frequently cover other risks. Having travel insurances is always a good idea when traveling around the world. Nevertheless we will do our utmost best to get you back on your vacation.
• Law governing this contract: The law governing the interpretation, performance and enforcement of the agreement shall be the laws of Belize, Central America.
